The property looked just like the pictures, was clean, and easy to find. It was right off the freeway so it was a little noisy in one of the rooms at night but it was manageable.

Spent 2 days trying to get a code for this place. Upon arrival code did not work. Spent more time trying to figure it out, finally had to go up to supervisor who informed me there was a problem with the keypad and they would reset the number. Arrived about 5:30 pm finally able to access unit about 8pm! Will stick with VRBO from now on!

I did not initially find the email with the door code, but when I did find it, the code did not work. Only after I was on the phone with Expedia for more than an hour and they gave me the same code did I decide to find another hotel and checked in with my cat. When I finally settled in, I discovered a text telling me that the code had been changed. I had been driving all day and did not find that text. The location of the property is right next to I40. As I never got inside, I cannot comment on the quality of the property. But I will never book a property without a front desk after this experience. I had no phone number to call Expedia was no help. Perhaps if I had discovered the text message sent 2 hours before I was scheduled to arrive I might have succeeded in checking in.

Got in late and our code didn’t work, but one quick text and we were in. Super cute, cozy apartment. Was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay during our road trip! Thank you for the memories!!!

Easy to find, close proximity to everything we needed to do. Was very impresed upon arrival with the cleanliness, comfort and amenities. My family and i where very pleased with our overnight stay and will be back on our next trip. Would highly recomend to anyone going to stay in Amarillo for a night or few.

Clean, Spacious and Convenient
The morning of, I got an email from Hotels.com with check in info. Within minutes a text message from the host. Provided me with the code and that I could reach out with any questions. Host was readily available and responsive. Location is close to the highway for easy access. Parking lot had space for our little UHaul along with our other car. Check in was easy, place was clean, nice big bath towels, little bit of coffee for the morning. The decor was cute and there was lots of space! My bed was comfortable, but it was very squeaky. I was tired enough that I didn’t do my typical toss and turn or I might have had a hard time with the squeak if I was restless. Shower has good pressure and there’s shampoo/conditioner and body wash if you need! Check out was also easy - basically be a responsible guest - wash your dishes and pick up your trash! If I’m ever in Amarillo again, I’d stay again!

First we had the wrong code to get in. That was able to be resolved through hotels.com The unit itself was mostly clean and comfortable. The couch is disgusting and literally the springs are practically sticking through the fabric. The mattress is really soft and not good We appreciated the kitchen and having a washer and dryer

Cute place, communication needs some improvement
Property was clean and cute. Right next to the interstate so its loud so bring earplugs or white noise. Biggest complaint was communication, the email that was supposed to contain the passcode for the lock had no code, so we spent 30 minutes sitting outside waiting for customer service. I would suggest booking far enough in advance to ensure the necessary information comes through. Also, there was no paperwork or list of housekeeping requirements like you usually find in this type of setting so that may be helpful for future rentals.

This place was great! Parking right outside the door, clean spacious and lovely. Definitely bring your earplugs for the highway noise. That being saying said, excellent highway access. I will definitely use this location again and again.

Don’t book, fake listing
This place is a scam. The listing was fake. Received an automated email message explaining a key code would be sent to me— it was never sent. The phone number listed is a fake “(555)555-5555” number. Talk to customer service and they also could not reach the owner. Do not book!! You will not be refunded, Ended up having to find another place to stay.

This property is a scam. I paid for it through Orbitz and when we arrived in the evening, the key code would not work. When I reached out for help, I could only communicate through messages and no one responded. We sat in the parking lot not knowing what to do. Finally we had to find another place to stay. For the last few days I have tried in vain to get a refund and Orbitz responded finaly saying they also could not get in touch with Madison Square and they would not refund me for them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The unit was very clean, smelled good and was comfortable. It is a 2 bedroom and if you need to stay in the front there is highway noise. We stayed in the back room and had no issues at all. Highly suggest!

The bedroom on the front side was super noisy because of the highway and the back bedroom didn’t have a ceiling fan so the room got really warm. Other than that the property was adorable and had everything we could have needed for our multiple night stay.

This place was cozy and just what we needed after a long day of driving. There was plenty of space for my husband, myself and our two dogs. The only “downside” was the second shower has terrible water pressure. The apartment was in a central location, close to tons of food options, and in a cute neighborhood where we walked the dogs. It’s located right off of a freeway which was a little loud but super convenient when traveling. Love this apartment and will be booking this anytime we come through Amarillo!

I would give it five stars––excellent––, but because the key code sent to me by text was incorrect, there was no way to get ahold of someone to get the correct code. Thankfully, Expedia emailed the correct code, or I am unsure how we would have gotten in. Back in the master bedroom, it's quiet. The front bedroom might be noisy, with the freeway right outside. The place, however, was clean and comfortable, and I'd use it again. Again, the biggest gripe: whom do you get ahold of at 9 p.m. when you have the incorrect key code?

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Cute decor. Pleasant aesthetic. Not cluttered. Handicap parking very close to front door. Easy to unload car. Temperature controlled. Heater worked nicely for my dad. Shower and toilet very clean. Clean tile flooring. Washer/dryer available. Right off the service road to the interstate so very convenient as we were only stopping for the night on our way home. You can hear the cars on the interstate but I'm used to hearing traffic so was soothing white noise for me. Good price. Cons: Gave wrong code to get in but responded very quickly with correct code. Door locks automatically. I left my phone inside while emptying car and door locked on me. Be careful if you are travelling alone or with small children as you will be locked out if you didn't memorize code. Internet didn't work. TVs didn't work. Dad wanted to see a movie but could not. I needed to use the WiFi for work and for planning where to get food but no WiFi available. Management took a while to respond. Said they were looking into it. Never got back to me on what the problem was. Antenna not hooked up so without internet there were no entertainment/streaming options. Microwave didn't work. Teflon pans badly scratched. No other options for heating food. Dishwasher broken. Dusty. Should dust fans and light fixtures so as to remove dust and webs. Flat surfaces should be wiped. Dad's bathroom sink did not drain properly. Sofa very stained. Sofa extremely uncomfortable.
