The first red flag went up when I got to the airport and called the owner as per the instructions given and was told that "there was a water leak" in the apartment that I had rented(the one in the picture) and that we would be placed in a different unit that they had. This unit was not what I rented and was up on the third level of a building in a horrible neighbor good very far from where we needed to be. We have 3 people with special needs and were in a building with 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. The bathroom was awful,it had a shower head and curtain but the water just ran into the center of the room where there was a drain. It was very slippery,my daughter fell and hit her face because of it. I was very dissatisfied in this location due to the serious location issues,being way far away from where we were supposed to be and the neighborhoor being bad, loud(constant drunkenpartying) and just loud screaming and yelling. We got to the apartment in a taxi and the owner was out front,yelled at the taxi driver and also my phone came up missing the first hour in the appartment. I had it with me all the way up till then and then. I honestly belive this happens all of the time and the appartment pictured may not exist.
