"I stayed 8 nights. The room was clean! So, I’m almost always a return customer to a hotel when I’m in a clean breathable room. There was no carpet, so I did not have to deal with allergy issues. I also loved the hot showers, and the hotel does not skimp on heat in cool months. It was always toasty when walking onto the floor where my room was situated. I would have given staff a 5 but they didn’t all seem to go through the same training. …most staff were warm and extremely helpful (especially the woman who checked me in and the gentleman who checked me out) but twice I asked a question at reception and was met with short responses. Hope management takes note. I would definitely choose this hotel again. "

"Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning. "

"The morning receptionist is super friendly and nice, the hotel is convenient with delicious tap water, it has a nice environment or neighborhood, it’s close to the city center after walking under cute tunnel, nice pop culture decors, etc. Mght come back here on my next trip in 5 years."
