Terrible checkin
"The only problem we had was checkin, they only let you checkin at 6 pm in june and july, crazy, busiest time of the year having everyone checkin at the same just causes long lines of frustration and causing tempers to flare, it would work out much better in my opinion to check people in on arrival ..."
