"This hotel is situated on an absolutely gorgeous beach. Lots of areas to explore right at your fingertips. Breakfast was excellent and service friendly. The only issue was AC. You have no control over it, and it shuts off whenever there is no movement in the room (ie. whenever you leave during the day or are asleep at night). During a heat wave this made sleeping very uncomfortable."

"We were very pleased with the hotel, the staff, the food, the swimming pool, and everything else. We had so much fun staying there and watching the World Cup with tourists from many different countries. Above all, I want to mention how wonderful the staff were. The front desk team helped us with everything, from small things like calling taxis to helping us figure out how to drive to Seville. They were very competent and professional. If I had to mention one person by name, it would be Barbara. She was very pleasant and helpful, and without her, our vacation would not have been the same. It was also surprising and impressive how many languages the staff speak, which makes sense because tourists come from all over the world. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to return."

The pool is absolutely huge and one of the best features of the property—clean, beautiful, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. "This was our second time staying at this hotel, and on both occasions we booked a sea view studio. During our first stay, we were given a very spacious room, which was great, but the sea view was disappointing. The balcony itself didn’t overlook the sea, and the only view was through a small window on the kitchen side, which wasn’t what we expected when booking a sea view studio. On our second stay, the situation was the opposite. We had a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous sea view, which was exactly what we had hoped for, but the room itself was much smaller and felt quite cramped compared to our previous stay. Check-in was straightforward and efficient, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating an early check-in, which we really appreciated after travelling. There are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The swimming pool is indoor only and feels quite dated, so it would benefit from some refurbishment. Housekeeping was also inconsistent during our stay. The maids either arrived very early in the morning or didn’t come at all, and they were often quite noisy in the corridors. Overall, we’ve had mixed experiences across our two stays. The sea views, friendly service, and easy check-in are definite positives, but there are some inconsistencies with the rooms and housekeeping, and the pool could do with updating."
