Great room and perfect if you are travelling as a family especially with children. We were there with a large group for a birthday and as an older couple still found it good as there was an adult only pool.

I liked the entertainment especially in the evening. The only downside was the strict 3 pm check in. For people who are traveling across the ocean it's really not convenient. The hotel in general was great, the staff couldn't do better.

We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly. The food was good with plenty of choice, and everything met our expectations. We’d happily stay here again.

Overall the experience was fantastic, the family rooms were well suited to our needs and the food was great. The availability of offsite dining options and train to Alvor were great additions to break up the full resort feel. The only downside was the check in process which was quite chaotic and the VIP check in was not clearly marked at all

Whilst the hotel was fine, the swimming pools a fab feature, the staff as helpful as they could be, and the walk to the beach very safe and well laid out, there were a couple of things that meant it wasn’t 5* status - The WiFi didn’t work for the first day Two of the restaurants were closed but you are not informed You had to serve yourself most of the time for drinks No dressing gowns unless requested

This is a lovely property with an amazing staff! They are very receptive of your needs, even giving rides from the parking lot very late in the evening back to your hotel room. The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!

Perfect stay for families. As a couple we didn’t think it was a 5 star resort. There were some bathroom issues throughout our stay. A/C issue got resolved on the first day. Food and drinks were all inclusive grade. Would recommend if you want a quite stay to request a room by the wellness or adult pool.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, towels were extremely rough! Bars closed quite early, no alcohol in rooms, and didn’t have our main choice of alcohol. Not a lot of food options. Only 3 restaurants and had to make reservations at two of them which only had a few food options that weren’t always available. Front desk never answered phone, always had to physically approach desk to get rides to and from parking lot. Beach was not very close and no amenities for the beach. Had no assistance with excursions, did all of our own planning. Thankfully we rented a car, which I highly recommend doing!Geared more towards kids than adults! All in all it was okay but I wish I would’ve chosen a different resort. Loved Portugal!

Great location with a beautiful beach just an 800-meter walk away. The food was excellent, especially the buffet, which had a great selection of seafood. The shuttle drivers were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. The bar staff were also welcoming and provided excellent service. The only downside was my experience with one of the reception staff at the parking area, which I brought to the attention of the general manager. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay as well no washrooms in the lobby or bar areas only at the restaurants

My family of 6 including 4 children had an amazing time here. Everything you need is there for you, from the beautiful cuisine to the amazing entertainment areas. Our children had an amazing time with plenty to do and the accommodation was magnificent. It was definitely a 5 star service with friendly staff to help you whenever needed. We will definitely be returning.
