My family of 6 including 4 children had an amazing time here. Everything you need is there for you, from the beautiful cuisine to the amazing entertainment areas. Incredible resort. Plenty of pool space and deckchairs. We had used the wellness centre for the gym, jacuzzi and indoor pool which were all clean. The staff went above and beyond for us at every point of enquiry- they are truly a credit to Tivoli and our time would not have been half as good without their politeness and helpfulness. Ample food provided at mealtimes with lots of options for vegetarians. We felt so relaxed here. We also enjoyed access to two beaches: one is a 10 minute walk across the bridge, and the other is accessible by hotel "train." There are two bars that make alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Our room was huge and was cleaned everyday.

A great variety of food and places to eat. Staff could not be more helpful. Very safe for children and the swimming pools were always busy. I loved the transport into town every half an hour, very handy for the beach or the shops. I would definitely recommend!

Nice holiday for families, but a couple can also enjoy it. Food was decent. Buffet was ok and varied options, but the restaurants were definitely better. One of the restaurants wasn't open during our trip which was disappointing. There were some even shows but unfortunately didn't catch any. Like the free drinks and lots of areas to get them throughout the property.
