"Excellent experience at this hotel. Very impressed. The Manager Mr Emeka went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my comfort. I don’t usually stay at one hotel per night but on this occasion I extended my stay by 3days. Another gentleman Bruno at the Front Desk was also supportive and very helpful. The team surprised me for my birthday with a cake. I am beyond thrilled and will definitely be returning 🙏!!"
"Service desk was friendly. Made it to room and it was like living on the street. Sitting area chair had 3 legs. Bathroom was at front entrance and bedroom was past the sitting room. So to shower, you would walk through sitting room to bedroom. Bedroom had poor lighting and air conditioning cover falling off and not working. Seemed very seedy. As I was in the hallway, a man tried to hit on me while my husband was down the hall. The hallways were dark. Back up generator for lights was poor. We...
