1 king bedded room (air-conditioned) with a balcony, a modern type bathroom (hot & cold water), a washing machine is also provided for your convenience.,a sitting area with a satellite TV, a well equipped mini kitchen where you can prepare your own meal or we can arrange it on your request, a specious up front balcony where you can dine among st the fresh air.a 24 hours taxi service is also available within the premises.Air-port transfers & tours around the island are also arranged at a very low long stayers,one way transfer will be free of charge.
We provide Sri Lankan meals at a very low the meal time we do share some of our curries free of will start to find all the daily needs such as vegetables,fish/meat,fruits,liquor,pharmaceuticals/drugs,groceries,etc. from 5 minutes walking distances.
as a family,we are very keen to serve you at our is very convenient for guests to manage their stay here.,as we live in the ground you need during the day or night will be provided.

Perfect stay

We stayed a whole week in the apartment and could not have had a better time there! Bernard picked us up from the train station and welcomed us with fresh coconuts. He and his family were extremely nice, and even invited us to a dinner cooked by his wife on the last day. The apartment is very well decorated and brand new. It has a nice bedroom with Air-Con and Fan, a very nice bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony to sit outside. The beach is about 20 min walking distance. The apartment is perfect for couples and the best accommodation we had in a month on Sri Lanka.
