"This property is not worthy of the Wyndham name. Here are a few of the problems, Sink does not drain properly. Only one drinking glass. Only one trash can for the room. Only none lamp on one side of the bed. No house phone to call downstairs. Our key card did not work after first day. Pantry at front desk almost empty. Only one tissue box for entire room. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. bed sheets did not feel clean. This site is overdue for an upgrade."

"This particular hotel was loud at times with unattended children running down the hallways screaming and being disruptive in the evening hours. Also, the drive way into the hotel parking lot is riddled with large potholes."

"We got there to check in later in the evening after our event. When we checked in, it is then that we were informed that the pool was not operational, the hot tub had been permanently closed, and the elevator was not working and the only rooms left were on the 3rd floor and above. There was no compensation offered, no notice ahead of time to see if we wanted to cancel and find somewhere else to stay. If your hotel is non-operational, I feel that an email should have been sent to say whether or not you wanted to keep the reservation. None of those items were new issues the day that we were there so that is why I give it low reviews. We stayed for the pool and hot tub only. We were looking at other hotels when booking that had free breakfast but no hot tub so we opted for this one. Needless to say, we will not stay there again. Very disappointed that neither the venue or expedia gave us a heads up or compensation of some sort. "
