I let them know that was not a wise decision and that could be a reason someone opts to book with them vs. A competitor. I've stayed at this location before and really liked it. The next time I come back to the area, I may need to reconsider. Ever since my first visit with this hotel brand in another state, I try to see if there are any in the area where I'm going when I travel because of the price, amenities, clean, bed are normally very comfortable etc."
