The Space:

This listing covers the whole La Palapa property: four independent, studio-style apartments arranged around a shared swimming pool. Each apartment has its own bedroom, its own bathroom and its own fully equipped kitchen — refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cookware, coffee maker and toaster — so every group can cook and live independently under one roof. Bed configurations vary by apartment: a double bed, a queen bed, a king bed (with ceiling fan), and one apartment with two double beds and air conditioning. Between the four units, the property sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 beds. Outdoor seating, a dining table, a patio or balcony and the shared pool make up the common spaces, and free on-site parking is available for everyone staying on the property.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire property, as well as its shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is handled in person by our on-site host or property attendant, and free parking is available on the premises.

It suits groups and multi-family travel looking for a relaxed home base rather than a nightlife scene — days here tend to move at their own rhythm, with the shared pool as the natural gathering spot for everyone staying on the property.



Getting Around:

The closest airport is Aeropuerto Nacional de Xalapa (El Lencero), an estimated 45-60 minute drive via the Xalapa-Alto Lucero highway; Veracruz's General Heriberto Jara International Airport is a second option, roughly 1.5-2 hours south. A car is the most practical way to get around this rural stretch of the coast — Chachalacas, the area's known beach and sand-dune destination, is a further drive, though we recommend confirming exact travel time locally. Rideshare and taxi coverage here can be more limited than in larger cities.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
