Set peacefully in the gorgeous pine trees and surrounded by the epic scenery of Ruidoso is "Retreat Ruidoso"; the perfect place to create memories to last a lifetime whether it be a family reunion, wedding, or exciting getaway to the mountains with friends, this beautiful complex style retreat has it all! "Retreat Ruidoso" is a sprawling 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom cluster of cabins and homes that boast gorgeous mountain views, privacy, and enough room to sleep 20 comfortably (max occupancy 28 on pull out trundles). PET FREINDLY! The accommodations consist of 4, 1 room/1 bath bungalows with simple kitchenettes for couples or small families with two hot tubs between the 4 bungalows (as well as a washer/dryer closet between bungalows), 1, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom cabin complete with a full kitchen adorned with beautiful marble counter tops, a washer and dryer and a hot tub on the front porch of the cabin, 1, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom cabin in the middle of the complex for a larger group or family, with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to the hot tub around the back of the home. The grand finale of the retreat is the amazing indoor, heated swimming pool! The swimming pool common area has plenty of space inside for all to sit and enjoy a little TV, keep an eye on the littles in the pool, relax after a nice swim, or sit and enjoy a meal together that you're able to whip up in the full kitchen right there in the swimming pool facility. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the pool room, as well as a full bathroom complete with a gorgeous stone shower to make your entire stay is that much easier. Outside of the pool room area is a full covered porch with an outdoor heater and fire-pit surrounded by tables that allow for gatherings morning, noon, and night to sit and chat, laugh, enjoy your favorite beverages, or simply take in the feeling of the great outdoors and its beautiful scenery.

"Retreat Ruidoso" is located on private property, backing up to a wonderful view of hills, mountains, cliffs, and trees. All cabins, hot tubs and housing are within walking distance to each other and to the swimming pool area. Modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin: (sleeps 8):
1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 1 twin bunk bed, and a full sized cozy kitchen with breakfast counter, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower combo (master bathroom is spacious with 2 vanity areas), washer and dryer, TV with Direct TV in living room, central air-conditioning and heating, gas fireplace, hot tub on back side of the home, full front deck with cushioned seating for relaxing and soaking in the mountain air.

Indoor swimming pool facility:

Large 8' heated swimming pool, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, large seating area around the pool with a large flat screen TV with Direct TV, large outdoor covered patio with seating and fire-pit and outdoor heater.

***Please be advised! The swimming pool will be maintenance and serviced at least once during your stay (depending on the length of your visit). It should only take an hour (if that) to check the levels. There could be extra charges should there be objects floating in the pool that do not belong in a swimming pool. Please adhere to the rules that are posted in the pool room. No food or beverages in or around the immediate swimming pool area.

Ruidoso and Alto areas: Surround yourself with the towering pines of Lincoln County and local wildlife such as Elk, Mule deer, wild horses, turkey, various species of birds and so much more. Whether you are visiting the Land of Enchantment for the slopes of Ski Apache, the thrill of live horse racing at the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack, or gaming at one of our 3 casinos, this property is the perfect rest stop for your New Mexico getaway! Plan your day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking or fishing. Grab your clubs and spend the day at one of our multiple golf courses; you will be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. Cabin includes basic cable or satellite television, coffee pot or K-cup, cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. We encourage guests be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for wood burning fireplace.

Please note: While we do offer free Wi-Fi at most of our properties, we cannot guarantee service nor are we responsible for outages, slow internet speeds and/or mother-nature. We are in a small mountain village that experiences high volumes of people trying to access the internet at one time, thunderstorms and lightning strikes that may knock out the internet, outages due to snow storms or wind storms, or just the occasional outage for maintenance. We highly suggest that if you are needing to work while traveling, to please bring along a hot spot or air card to ensure you're able to access work and/or school while on vacation.
