we were staying at the Lebens apartment, few meters from the hotel, i can't say the description clear on the site one year ago when we booked the room. this is why the room little disappointed us, the bunk queen bed wasn't what we expected. the apartment is few meters from the hotel, which don't allow the good connectivity to the free wifi. the hotel information notebook was only in German, no English. we were staying for 6 days, no body ask us if we need something, i would expect at least to check if we need new towels after 3 days. this isn't our first stay in the area, but i think there are better places for our next stays.

Brilliant hotels... excellent staff... though we can't speak German but there were very helpful ... typed special food menu in English for us... Hotel owner & staff can't do enough for you... very relaxing break & they have kids helper who look after your kids while you're skiing or doing spa FREE OF CHARGE... it's part of hotel service & hotel food is excellent. .. highly recommended...

Dejlig skiferie
Dejlig oplevelse hos Kesselgrubs Ferienwelt, som vi af gode årsager besøgte igen. Som rejsende familie med tre børn (12-15 år) oplevede vi hvordan hotellet er rigtig gode til at have børnegæster - personalet er rummende og imødekommende, som bidrager til at familien har det godt. Beliggenheden er rigtig fin i forhold til skiområdet, som i bil kan nås indenfor 8-10 minutter. Køkkenet er virkelig godt, og serverer velsmagende og flotte måltider. Vi har lyst til at komme igen!

un giorno e mezzo di ferie persi x colpa loro
abbiamo prenotato 2camere x 2 notti la descrizione diceva che erano di 20mq quando siamo arrivati ci anno dato 2stanze di circa 12mq nella dependence a quel punto abbiamo chiesto che fossero assegnate le camere come descritto la risposta è stata che non ne avevano allora abbiamo deciso di dormire visto che era tardi è il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto la restituzione della seconda notte la risposta e stata che il proprietario non era presente quindi abbiamo deciso di andarcene chiedendo di essere contattati e risarciti aspettiamo ancora risposta una cosa del genere non ci era mai successa è ne abbiamo girati di hotel oltretutto oltre che caro è pure rumoroso con le tavole di legno che fanno un rumore quando scendono le scale e nelle camere vorrei capire come fa ad avere 4stelle inadeguata x quello

Für ein Kinderhotel einfach zu wenig
Wir haben uns von einem Kinderhotel definitiv erwartet, dass es im Essensbereich eine Spielecke für Kinder gibt. Die war nicht der Fall und somit musst einer von uns immer dem kleinen nachlaufen. In anderen Hotels war dies immer Standard. Der Fussboden im Zimmer war so laut, dass wir uns nachdem die Kinder eingeschlafen sind nicht mehr getraut haben aufzustehen. Im Aussenbereich waren die Gefahren für Kleinkinder nicht zu unterschätzen. Ohne daneben zu sein ging gar nichts - also keine Erholung. Es gab auch keine Möglichkeit seine Getränke im Aussenbereich irgendwo abzustellen und aber auch gleich bei den Kindern in unmittelbarer Nähe zu sein. Weiters waren enorm viele kleine Mängel im Hotel und an den Spielgeräten. Keine Luft in den Reifen der Trettautos, Kastentüren locker, Ferseher immer mit Wackelbild usw usw. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Rigtig fint familiehotel, hvor der virkelig er tænkt på børnene og familien. Venligt personale som ønsker at gøre sit bedste. Ligger fint i forhold alpint skiløb med ca 10 minutters transfer til Flachau. Virkelig god mad. Value for money.

En ok lejlighed men ligger lidt for langt væk fra
Ski ferie i Flahau er rigtig fint masser af pister og kører på. Vi vil anbefale at man vælger en anden uge ind uge 7 da der var alt for mange skiløber på pisten og lange kører. Der er masser af gode spise steder i flachau og masser af handle muligheder. Så et rigtig godt sted at være på ski ferie.

schöne Ferienwohnung, geräumig und modern. Leider anfängliche Schwierigkeiten beim Einchecken (die Rezeptionistin war leider trotz falscher Buchung nicht unbedingt die Höflichste). Das Apartment (in Altenmarkt) war dann aber sehr geräumig. Top ausgestattete Küche. Sehr gepflegt und modern. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel selbst entfernt. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. Negativ anzumerken ist, dass die Benutzung des hoteleigenen Badeteichs mit extra EUR 18/Tag/Person verrechnet wird. Eine Information die ich bis heute nirgends auf der Homepage finde!

Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen
Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel recht gut gefallen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr gut. Was mich allerdings geärgert hat, ich habe ein familienzimmer mit 2 Badezimmer gebucht. Bekommen habe ich erst ein Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer. Nach meiner Reklamation habe ich dann das gebuchte bekommen. Das sollte eigentlich nicht passieren. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut. Der aussenbereich mit Naturpool ist schon sehr gut. Das Frühstück war absolut top! Wir haben uns für das Hotel entschieden, da es auf dem Weg nach Kroatien lag.

Reinfall All inclusive
Der grösste Reinfall war das All inclusive. Die Getränke waren nur kostenlos von der Saftbar. Diese waren nicht gut. Alles andere musste man zahlen. Ein All inclusive verstehe ich das alles frei ist. z.B. auch ein Bier oder Wein Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr dürftig und es wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt.

Uitstekend hotel
We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Goede kamers en heerlijk eten. Vooral het ontbijt is erg uitgebreid. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Met de bus naar de skipiste was prima te doen en daar kan je goed skiën. Zowel blauwe pistes als ook veel rood.

Hyggelig og dejlig madoplevelse
Formålet med vores ophold var skiferie. Vi valgte hotellet da det lå relativtæt på liftstationerne i området og havde all inklusive. Det viste sig ar være et godt valg :-) Personale venlige og hjælpsomme, maden var perfekt med bla. 4-6 retters menu hver aften.

Ein hervorragendes Team und Service. Kinderbetreuung super. Essen einfach nur spitze. Zimmer einfach Klasse und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen was wir auch schon gemacht haben. Sind einfach happy dort Urlaub gemacht zu haben.
