The Athena Duplex

  • Duplex in Piteres a neighborhood of Altea, a quiet place in one of the most beautiful areas of the old town.
    The duplex treasures a calm and personal style.
    It has a terrace overlooking the sea that is accessed from the living room.
    Then a kitchen with style. And 3 bedrooms and bathrooms.
    It has created an environment for the enjoyment and calm of the guest, it is a cool and quiet home.
    The wonderful thing about its location is that it is in the quiet area of the old town and also just 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach.
