"Great hotel and I hope the problems we had were only teething problems. This is not yet a 5 star hotel. Once it improves its processes, guest service and restaurant experience it will get there. The hotel looks good and is well furnished and quiet except for the traffic noise that is normal for Altea. The spa pool was very good and clean. "We loved our stay here! The apartment is amazing - much better than pictures on the website could ever show. The view of the Cathedral, old town and sea from the huge patio and living area was spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking, however we found ourselves walking to the many nearby restaurants for most of our dinners. We will definitely return."
