Beautiful Mediterranean-style villa with fantastic views of the sea and the mountains. It is located in the best area of Altea near Don Cayo Golf Course. The house is distributed over two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The terrace with panoramic views of the surroundings with access to the beautiful garden, where you can enjoy the sun and a private pool.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite, another bedroom with its own terrace. In the underground floor there is a private garage with storage included.
The house does not have air conditioning but for its distribution and location it is a cool house, even in summer and has ceiling fans and Wifi.
