"Great villa located a short distance from Altavilla. Home was large and spacious with great AC (rare in the area) and fresh new finishes. Outdoor area was nice as well. Host was very helpful, meeting us by the highway exit to help escort us to the property to make sure we did not get lost. We accidentally left behind a luggage as well and they were very accommodating in picking it up. Great experience, very friendly for international travelers."

"The amenities listed are not accurate. There is no laundry. There was no oven nor was there a Smart TV. After booking I inquired about the pool and was told that it would cost 60 euros a day!!! Even though our booking was 3 months out he would not let me cancel.The beds are as hard as rock. There was 1 dish towel that had 2 holes in it and a burn mark. The dish cloth was a face cloth. "SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't...

"Friends stayed for one evening after a long trip to Italy. The property is immaculate, clean, and looks like a beautiful oasis in the city of Palermo. Communication with the host were perfect. This location is on the top of my list of VRBO’s. Thank you for a great night stay. "
