"We arrived at our room with a pre- check in, so did not have the opportunity to see any staff from the property. Our room had been renovated, but apparently not finished, as we had a wall behind the bed that had not been painted and a light fixture was missing. The beds were not comfortable and the water pressure was terrible. Very disappointed in this hotel, as I had much higher expectations. The woman is the office was rude to my friend."
