I stayed at Peppercorn Cottage with my husband, 3yo, ten-month old and our dog and it was heaven. It's an adorable house, packed with character and beautifully done out. We had everything we needed and Nicola was very helpful in bringing over kids bits and answering any questions.
Cheriton is a lovely village; Arlesford is great for small independent shops and the countryside is gorgeous. We had a great weekend all in all and would love to come back.

A lovely, comfortable cottage equipped with everything we could need for a few days break with the added bonus of a log fire for chilly winter evenings. There are a number of hiking trails accessible right from the doorstep and we enjoyed several of these. The grounds surrounding the cottage were lovely and there is lots of outside space for warmer days. The local village shop had everything we needed for a top-up shop and Alresford is just down the road for local butchers, bakers and supermarket. Overall an enjoyable and peaceful break.

It's in a super location towards the edge of the pretty village of Cheriton, close to the pretty river and within an easy walk of the village shop and the pub, which sells fabulous food and has a very friendly welcome.
It's a perfect place to stay for a relaxing break, and we hope to be returning before too long. Very highly recommended
