"The check-in staff would not match internet pricing, necessitating booking online while right there at the counter. That seemed pretty ridiculous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But it was hard to figure out how to turn off some of the lights in the room. The breakfast was cold and tasteless. "

"Door was not easy to lock with doorknob lock and that was an issue since there was no deadbolt. No person at location for check in. It took a trip across town to get a room key from the desk guy of another hotel. Rustic is the vibe they were shooting for, but I would just call the overall condition old and tired. Expedia would not let me post the picture I took of the chair in the room that looked more like a refugee from a landfill that a piece of hotel furniture."

"The place was full of construction dust, it seems the place is being renovated from few months and the place is a mess..... nothing like in the photos, dont get fooled. Even hotels.com did not mention or explain this point and they are still marketing this hotel as part of their suggestions"
