"We booked a room at the Maverick Inn, sister property to the Holland Hotel. Checking in at the Holland, they upgraded us to the rooftop suite at the Holland for no upcharge because the A/C at the Maverick Inn room was broken. We will definitely stay with them again! "

"We stayed here one night on our way to Big Bend and we were so blown away by the cuteness of the place! The kids loved having their own room upstairs. All the beds were so comfy. My only qualm was that I wish there were a physical sign upon entry indicating that all 3 heating/AC units needed to be on the same mode or they don't work. We figured that out from the VRBO message from the host but my dad did not and stayed at the other unit and never got the heater to work and was freezing all night....
