Welcome to Piccolo Cottage! Located in a quiet residential area,
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (133)
"The property is absolutely charming! When you pull up you feel immediately welcome. The yard is perfectly maintained and beautiful. The cute little cottage was perfect for our needs, just big enough for us. We had enough room when my daughter - whom we came to visit - had plenty of room with her friend to come hang out and play games. The only bummer I have to point out is the lack of fencing. I saw the fences in the pictures and never realized that they do not connect to the house. I thought...

Amazon Park independent studio
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (20)
"This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. I'd give it a 10 if I could. Only thing I'd forewarn, if you drive...

Delightful Cottage in Central Eugene
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (174)
"I am so lucky to have found Carole's cottage. It is a gem in West Eugene. The cottage is well appointed with a comfortable bed and stocked kitchen. It is in a cute neighborhood with a few restaurants and parks. Carole was such an accommodating host and helped make my trip so special. I was solo parent traveling with my baby, and Carole was able to provide a crib and high chair, allowing me to pack more efficiently. Carole was quick to respond to my questions and requests, and it was a pleasure...

'The Old Rock Quarry Studio' 6 mi N of OSU! Benton County Approved and Legal
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (102)
"The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable, although the washer/dryer is very cramped. Although it is a short drive outside of Corvallis, the property is lovely and very quiet. My only complaint is that the stairs leading up to the unit over the main house's garage are in poor condition with loose handrails and uneven steps and landings. That makes accessing the unit carrying luggage somewhat precarious."

"My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!"
