"Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast."

"The location of this hotel is excellent. We found the main bed to be comfortable, but the pull out bed was not. The room was clean, but housekeeping could be better…they didn’t refill toilet paper, empty soap dispensers, or take away and replace dirty cups. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Although the train station is right next door, we heard absolutely no noise whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was an excellent choice. The location cannot be better. Easy walking to everything nearby, but also quiet and outside the main hustle-bustle. The staff printed our concert tickets for us, gave us great suggestions, and even dropped off a birthday card and treat. (They must have seen it on my passport.) We're not big breakfast eaters, and the Backwerk across the street was perfect for a quick pastry or yogurt and cappuccino."
