"The hotel claims to be 4-star, but in the room there was no desk, table, chair, mini refrigerator, or coffee machine; there was minimal closet space; and there was no laundry service. "

"Room was good. No air conditioning, so was a bit warm at times. Excellent breakfast. Only problem. Do not disturb sign was out. Staff walked into the room without knocking. "

"4성급인데 만족도는 5성급인 호텔. 깔끔하게 디자인고 좋고 호텔 위치며 전체적으로 만족도 아주 높음. 다음에 또 가게 되면 이곳도 하나의 후보일 듯."

"이 호텔에서 제일 좋은 스위트룸을 예약했는데 들어가자마자 후회함. 방 레벨도 너무 낮고 제일 비싼 스위트룸인데 레이크뷰가 하나도 없었음. 제일 기대한 호텔이었는데 실망이 너무 큼. 냉장고에 물이 있었는데 어디서 가져왔는지 병에 수돗물을 넣어둔 느낌.. 며칠간 예약 없었으면 열려있는 물병에 물이 며칠 방치되었을지… 남편 생일 기념 여행이라고 했는데 축하 메세지도 하나도 없음. 그나마 좋았던 것은 조식은 나쁘지 않았고 조식에서 보는 레이크뷰는 좋았음. 할슈타트 내의 위치도 나쁘지 않음. 그냥 패밀리 룸이지 스위트룸이라고 하면 안될 것 같고 이 호텔 예약할 거면 일반 레이크뷰 룸으로 예약하는 것을 추천. 같이간 4명 모두 이 호텔 스위트룸에는 실망했음."

"Clean comfortable room, slightly older property. Cristina was really nice to check us in early after our overnight train journey from Poland. The property should have breakfast included since the room prices are pretty high for a 4 star. Further the hotel should provide basic stuff like shampoo, Conditioner, body lotion and shower caps daily. None were provided"
