"The room was clean but in need of some repair. I understand the hotel is doing a remodel on the first floor but not having access to the elevator should not be allowed. I had a lot of heavy gear I had to carry upstairs to my room, and the workers had all the luggage carriers covered in tile boxes, so they were not useable for the customers. I talked about this to the lady at the front desk who was not helpful or apologetic at all. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's in the past, all good experiences, this was not a good experience at all. "

"Room was clean. Check in time was 3:00. We were there about 3:30. Had to walk around to find someone that worked there to get the key. The guy was not friendly or welcoming at all. Website should state that GPS will not get you to the address stated. Had to drive around and finally ask someone after we went 20 minutes out of the way. "
