The Orchard Resort & Spa Melaka

5.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (5)
"I like that the property is quite far from any city or town, however, that does come with it's own downside. The property is not all inclusive, and you can see that it has aged. "

Birkin International Hotel

5.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1)
"Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. "

Casa del Rio Melaka

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (343)
"This time,I will make a serious comment to your hotel. Honestly to say, The hotel itself is very good, but I felt that the staff could have been better educated. It was a pity that the hotel could not meet the very simple requests of the guests, and that the necessary equipment such as bath towels etc., was not available. It may be 5 star in Malacca, but it is not at the level of global 5 star hotel like a Riz carton, Four seasons, Marriott and others. However, the management class has a...

Holiday Inn Melaka by IHG

5.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (1001)
"Great property. Felt like
luxury
after other hotels in Malaysia. All staff were so kind and helpful. We'd mistakenly only booked one room but they put foldable beds for our children for free. Breakfast was excellent. Great access to Malaka. Street food was awesome. We ate at Wild Coriander and had a stunning meal. Thank you Holiday Inn "

Hatten Hotel Melaka

5.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1008)
"Overall, my stay at Hatten Hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. 1. Reception service needs serious improvement. The counter was closed without any notice while I was waiting, and staff were unhelpful and some even walked away without answering questions. 2. The room was decent, but it could use some maintenance and updates. 3. Parking isn’t ideal. It costs RM5, and only two floors have convenient lift access to the hotel rooms. The others have limited access to general...

Philea Resort & Spa

5.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (181)
"Great in theory, but it’s a little tired. Only one of the dining options was open, which was a challenge given it’s a long way from anything else. The pool is gorgeous but closes at 6, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall it was fine, but not what I expected for the price paid"
