Clean and quiet. Poor handicap access with steep steps (just had total knee replacement). Washer was super loud but worked well and a great surprise to find one in the unit! Never once saw security.

Hotel and room are clean, spacious and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast food court was very convenient as well. Lots of buses to the parks so never waited long at all.

It was an okay stay had issues with not having enough towels for 4 people. Shower also did not have a curtain either. The location of the hotel was nice very easy to get to Disney from this location. Restaurants were really good as well.
