Professionally managed, this immaculate holiday home, Lavender House, just half a mile from the beach. Perfect for family and friends, it’s ideally placed for sandy shores, coastal walks, nearby golf courses and exploring Warkworth, Amble and Alnwick.
Inside, the house is bright, warm and sociable, with an open-plan living space opening onto a raised, enclosed patio – ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing after days out. With generous bedrooms, modern bathrooms and private parking, it’s a comfortable base for discovering the Northumberland coast. Please note, this property does not accept children under the age of 8.
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN The property is arranged across three floors.
Ground Floor: Utility Room – Washing machine, tumble dryer, and laundry facilities. Bedroom 2 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror. Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds (can be configured as super king on request), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and mirror. Ensuite – Bath with shower overhead, toilet and wash basin. Shower Room – Shower, toilet, and washbasin.
First Floor: Open-Plan Living Area – Lounge – Comfortable seating, coffee table, Scandi-style wood burner, and Smart TV. Kitchen/Dining Area – Electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and dining table. French doors open onto the raised patio.
Second Floor: Bedroom 1 (Master Suite) – Queen size bed, bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobe, drawers, chair, blanket box, TV, and en-suite shower room. En-Suite – Walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside: Raised Patio – Fully enclosed, outdoor seating, BBQ, and dining area. Parking – Private parking for two cars on driveway (No motorhomes or boats). EV Charging – Pay-as-you-go EV charger available. Dogs – Three well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge per dog per stay. Dogs are allowed on living room furniture only when using a throw. Guests are required to bring their own throws.
