Beautiful newly decorated apartment located on the first line of the popular Velilla beach. From its balcony you will have the most spectacular views of the Costa Tropical of Granada.

This apartment located on the 11th floor of the building has 2 double bedrooms, one of them with window to the hallway, super quiet. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all of them.

Comfortable living room open concept kitchen with everything you need for a lovely vacation.

In the area you will find small stores, tapas bars and traditional beach bars.

Great location in Almuñécar

This location puts you directly across from a nice beach, with food and groceries surrounding. The unit is clean with plenty of space for 4-5 adults. The balcony provides a great view for sunrises. Enjoy!

Tranquilidad frente al mar

Pros: La casa tiene un balcón con unas vistas espectaculares. Está situado a 20 metros de la playa y además tiene el supermercado, farmacia y y restaurantes a muy pocos metros. La cocina está equipada con todo. Las habitaciones tienen cada una su propio aire acondicionado además de ventilador. El baño tiene ducha hidromasaje,una pasada. En general ha sido una estancia súper agradable y muy tranquila que es lo que andábamos buscando. Cons: Es algo subjetivo pero las almohadas son súper incómodas.
