Many restaurants are close by. Pharmacy and geocery store within walking distance. Would recommend in a heartbeat. "

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Almost lost my phone and they tried to help me find it. Room was clean and modern. Unfortunately not soundproof enough. Good amenities. There’s a golf course beside it which was a bonus for us. Great view of the sunset and sunrise. Close to the airport. "

"The villa is comfortable and spacious, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The amenities are all there for use. Where the place shines is the breakfast offered with healthy options and a friendly staff, and a swimming pool and lounge, indoor and outdoor dining area. Every morning, we get to have two cups of cappuccino and cheese, tuna pate, ham, toast, yogurt while watching nostalgic 90s MTV. We would definitely come back again, and Silvia is a gracious and fast responding owner in so many ways."

"Property is great as really close to the beach. Note that its a residential area, which was completely fine for us and our preference however in the immediate area of the hotel there isnt a great deal of dining options but more like cafes and take out places. On the beach however there are enough options for a range of dining preferences at reasonable prices between 10 to 15 euros per adult"

"We stayed in João’s apartment for two weeks and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. This walk-up had everything we needed to feel at home during our time in Portugal. Traveling with our two young kids (8 and 10), we found the space more than comfortable for our family.The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants—yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. We cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen and even enjoyed using the built-in BBQ on the patio, which was a great bonus.Overall, Costa da Caparica was the ideal home base for exploring, and João’s place made our stay easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely return!"

"Called endlessly, couldn't get in contact with the staff, ran out of battery, ended up having to sleep on the beach, took a nap in the chair in the yard of the lodging the following day, ended up getting sunburnt, waited until 1AM of the next day to check in, was blamed for it. The number of the message I received and both of the numbers on the lodging do not work. Came here to rest and work and didn't even get access to the Internet. Awful staff, avoid at all costs. I will fight for a refund. "
