Bed and Breakfast in Allouagne

"When advertised the description of the hotel stated it had a lift. Being partially disabled this was an important reason for my choice. However when we arrived we found that our room was in the part of the hotel that the lift only serviced to the second floor. Otherwise the room provided everything we needed."

"We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later."

"We arrived after reception closed so had to use the out of hours screen outside but despite multiple attempts it wouldn't recognise our booking. Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. Bit frustrating but ultimately resolved by helpful stuff. Everything else was fine & good value for money."

"A beautiful hotel inside and out. We had a family room with the pull out sofa which turned into 2 single beds for the children. It was spacious and comfortable with lovely finishing touches. The welcome gift (games) for the children was a nice surprise. Really modern and eco friendly. "
