This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. We have stayed here 6 times this past year. We are always pleased with our stay. The room is clean and service is great. The only negative I have is I called in advance to get the same room we had on our last visit. The woman I spoke to said not a problem we have you in the same room (202). When we checked in we were told we couldn’t stay in that room and that there was someone already in there and has been for weeks. So I’m not sure what happened but that was in no way a big deal, but a bit frustrating. Other than that our stay was great.

Beds very comfortable, clean hotel. Breakfast was not amazing this year (we’ve stayed the last 2 years for a sports tournament). Went down at 7 and they were out of almost everything. Stayed down for about an hour and everyone coming through also seemed upset as the basics were not filled (cups, napkins). One employee was working on it so I’m not sure if there was just a call off and only one person was doing multiple jobs or it was just not organized and prepped for the shift.

We had a great stay! Front desk staff, especially Tristan, was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent! Katie and the breakfast staff kept the food fresh and all of the areas clean and neat.

Great service and very well kept

Very clean and comfortable atmosphere and rooms. I usually bring my own blankets, pillows, and a can of disinfectant spray to hotels because you never know what youre going to walk into and not have time to change plans. The only complaints I have are about the wifi and not having full use of the smart TV with Netflix. And the pool was too cold for us to enjoy and the hot tub was out of order, which were the main requirements of which hotel we wanted to book. The rooms, hallways, breakfast, and employees provided one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel, which redeemed the disappointment of the pool and hot tub accommodations advertised. Thank you.

We were exhausted after a day of driving. Front desk, Nate, got us quickly checked in. Room looked like it was remodeled, towels a little rough but clean. Breakfast was simple but good and up to expectations,

Great Experience!

Have to give props to the young man working the desk. With their system down he made my check in effortless and pain free. Clean room, comfortable bed and hot breakfast. I couldn't have asked for much more for just a one night stay.

This is a wonderful, clean hotel with great customer service. Hotels.com does not have reliable, viable customer service policies or attainable contacts and should not be affiliated with this hotel chain. I advised people seek other sources to make bookings.
