Quiet room, very comfortable bed, terrific shower. On site restaurant, and also some in walking distance. Just 1 mile from the airport.

Cleanliness is not due to clean up it was old raggedy worn dirty furniture, dirty old carpet with musty smell, old discolored drapes, etc. Staff is wonderful and friendly. With all the old worn out furniture and cracks in the wall, tile broke and missing in bathroom I was shocked I was in a Hilton. Seemed like a roadside motel. Outside was well maintained and freshly landscaped as a Hilton should be. Lobby was perfect! Customer service top notch! Housekeeping hard working and professional.

I apologize for the worn dirty feel you got from the rooms as they actually were just remodeled about a year ago. :( We do still have some upgrading to do in the hotel which I hope that makes the place look a little better. We enjoyed! Would definitely stay again. Very clean and staff was very friendly. I only gave it 4 stars just because the pool was freezing one night. The next night was Saturday and there must have been a party because the kids was packed with preteens-teen and it made it not fun for my younger kids to swim. Plus that night the room next to us played loud music until around 11pm which made it had the my kids to fall asleep. That all just happened one night the rest was perfect.

Limited parking, had to pull a u-turn at a busy intersection to access to the property. Not customer friendly. Will not book with this Hilton again

We are sorry for the limited parking, that is due to a sink hole that formed in our parking lot and we have to wait a certain amount of time to survey the area. This is something out of our control. As far as getting into our property you do not have to make that u turn. You can just turn left at that light and it will bring you right to us. I hope you change your mind on giving us another opportunity

Pool was ice cold and not swimmable. Dirty towels were all over the pool room floor. Huge pot hole in parking lot with a large portion of parking blocked off. Walked past the front desk several times and no one even looked up or acknowledged me.

Sorry for the pool being so cold. Our pool is not heated but we are working on an upcoming remodel of some areas of the hotel and hoping the cold pool will be rectified.

Close enough to ABE, worked for the rest stop needed. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the spot for you. Can hear traffic and the patron in the room next door was watching TV past midnight and I could hear it through the walls. Room was dated, could use some updates throughout.

I'm upset that it advertises for free breakfast and a hot tub and the hotel did not have either. It's false advertising. The spa has been broken down for months and breakfast costs $16.

No hot water on the first we checked in, and bugs inside the room and bathroom. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Will not come back to this hotel ever.

I would like to apologize about the hot water issue. As much as we try to maintain our equipment emergencies do happen. The rooms have been totally remodeled about one year ago, I am sorry you do feel they are outdated. I am also sorry that you feel due to the hot water issue that you would not return to our property. I would love for you to give us another chance.

I didn't like that the spa/gym was not up and running the night of check-in. The hot water was out till the wee hours of the morning due to a pipe bursting so I was unable to settle in after traveling. Other than that, the staff was professional and tried to accommodate the situation.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were above average cleanliness. With that said, a hotel is supposed to accomodate you and be a convenience away from home. One of the selling points was the pool and hot tub. Both were broken. Hot tub was green. Pool was freezing. When we came in after tubing, since it IS the poconos, we find out theres no hot water which sucks considering we're freezing. "Maybe" we get it back by morning. The breakfast that was supposed to be free, was not, in fact, free. Parking sucked because red robin has most of the lot. "Hilton" seemed like a no brainer, but it was anything but easy.

Trucking company right behind hotel. Hotel itself was quiet and staff were friendly and kind. However all night long there were trucks coming and going and loud beeping noises. Made it impossible to sleep. Too bad otherwise super close to airport and nice people/place.

I was expecting to leave my car here during my trip but is $20 a day. Is cheaper to leave it at the long stay lot at the airport.

The pool was like ICE. Even for my 7 year old who river swims. The hot tub water was an interesting color. The rooms were great but if youre going to swim chose a different place.

When we walked in the front desk was extremely friendly and it felt very comfortable like we were returning even though we never have been there before. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Ashley our waitress was very pleasant and kind especially to my kids who tend to be well you know kids. The food was delicious I do wish the pool was heated because it was winter it was unbearably cold but the hot tub was nice and area was very clean. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be returning.
