"Hotel didn't have power when I tried to check in; I was told by the person working there that there was no power and no timeline for it returning. I'd booked through hotels.com, and asked them about a refund. They then contacted the hotel, and the person told them I'd been offered a room but I declined, but that is NOT true: I was ready to check in and a room with power was NOT offered. I called the hotel and they repeated this, which was untrue. So I didn't get a hotel room, and I'm out money, and received no refund. Do NOT recommend. "

"We chose to walk out. The hotel stunk of cigarette smoke from the minute we walked in the lobby. The guy across the hall was a long-term stay and had several cats who roamed the halls. The litterbox stink was unbearable. The bathroom ceiling was caved in with mold. The toilet was running non-stop. We went straight to out to our car and contacted Hotels.com for a refund. We did not use them to book the replacement hotel. Awful. Just awful."

"I absolutely LOVE this rental. Seriously, probably one of the best I’ve stayed at as far as cleanliness and comfort. And we’ve stayed in rentals annually for a decade. The house is in a quaint little neighborhood and super inviting pulling up. Communication from the owner prior to arrival made check in a breeze. Kitchen was equipped with water, coffee and snacks which was great after a long day of travel and attending events. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well kept. My family didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend it. "

"Small kitchen but qell equipped. Very clean. The bedrooms are nice and cozy. The hoise is well heated and was a good temperature when we arrived. Basement has a den area complete with a couch, tables and a big screen tv. There is a smart tv in every bedroom. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. The host is amazing! This is the second year in a row ive rented the property. The main reason is the host! Shel is willing to go a ove and beyond to make our trips to pittsburgh special. For the second year in a row the host has made us feel right at home for christmas. From setting up a hot cocoa station compelete with snacks and crafts to presents under the tree for the entire family. This house is not afraid the go above and beyond to make sure you have a special trip!"
