"Currently undergoing renovations. The bed was hard. Half the lights didn't work. The soap dispensers were empty. I think the timing was bad, but we have stayed before and will probably stay again. It is usually a good place to stay."
Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions

"It was a quiet street, but so close to everything. The home was perfect for us to stay in one room, and our daughter's family to stay in the two rooms on the other side. One room had a Barbie dream house, compkete with Barbies! Our little Grand loved it! Other toys and lots of books too. And the pool and huge yard! Lots of things to do with kids there!The wifi worked great. I had a few virtual meetings without any issue.The home was clean, plenty of room to unpack in the bedrooms, and room to store our food in the kitchen. All the cooking utensils too. One key: comfortable beds! What a relief! This home is homey, not stuffy or fancy. It was very comfortable and we felt welcome to make ourselves at home. Much appreciated!I took photos there but none of just the house. "

"From the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The house is not only beautiful but also located in a safe, welcoming neighborhood that’s perfect for taking walks. Every little detail was thought of, with all the amenities you could possibly need. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the sunny porch — so peaceful and relaxing. This was truly a wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"This 2nd story apartment was perfect for our needs. Four adults were very comfortable. Extremely clean, beds very comfortable, we didn’t do any cooking but everything you could need was provided, including a spice drawer. The location is just down the road from groceries, coffee, restaurants and even an urgent care. Quick access to Rt 76 and downtown Pittsburgh is 17 miles away. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to visit family. "

"Kathy was very responsive and Brian even came to install a window A/C when the bedroom was getting up to 94 degrees despite the other A/C unit. We had access to the Carnegie Mellon Natural History Museum and the Pittsburgh zoo within 20 minute drives. All wonderful places for our 4yo to visit. Being able to have our dog with us was also wonderful. We would definitely return!"
"Train tracks are right behind the property and run in the evenings. Because there is a crossing close by the train blows its whistle. Our stay had a couple trains after midnight with whistles that woke us up each night"
