"We had a great stay at Shadowcrest! Brendan was very communicative with the check in process and was very hospitable and friendly during our stay. "We were greeted by the owner with a smile and very helpful information to make our stay excellent. She sat down with us to help us plan our hiking experience. The room was extremely clean and set up nicely. The food was delicious and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were the best ever! A wonderful stay and I recommend it highly."

"A slice of heaven. From Buddys warm greeting to everyone on staff they are just the nicest, most witty and welcoming staff I’ve ever seen, without being pretentious. The chef hits it out of the park, creative and expertly prepared and freshly sourced. We will be back to relax and decompress again.A wonderful experience sinking into feather beds and Pendleton robes."

"This place is gorgeous. It’s a mid century hotel with rustic touches. Very inviting, very relaxing. Takes you back to calmer easier times. Huge great room with lots of windows, a fireplace and a bar. Large deck has rocking chairs, a fire pit and quite the view, it overlooks 5 states. The new owner was on site and he’s proud of what he has there as he should be, I’ve been all over this country and never been to such a relaxing place. He plans to open a restaurant soon within the hotel. The bedrooms have been complete renovated. Brand new everything. Bed is very comfortable and the linens are high end. If you need anything the staff has got you covered. Make sure to book a room with a view of the valley to see the beautiful sunrise, however if those are booked you will still have an amazing view from the great room. They served coffee fruit and tea bread in the great room for breakfast. It’s the little touches that really matter We will definitely be back! This place is a MUST stay!! "
