"100/100 on staff service and our room!our room was spotless and very comfy! Only downfall… there is on.y a fridge in the room. You must ask for anything else. 8/10 for food prices (sticker shock) 7/10 for the pool area. No staff at the tiki bar and the skimmer wasn’t working. Pool dirty amd way too cold to enjoy. This is going to be my goto place to stay every time we visit the Memphis area. We were minutes away from downtown Memphis. We got to the Memphis in May festivals in record time.
