"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "

"Hotel was located about 15 minutes from the subway station/JR lines in a quiet neighborhood. Property and rooms were on the newer side. Stayed in the residence twin room which had a washing machine/dryer in the room which was very convenient. Hotel had a shuttle to/from the JR station every :30 on the weekends throughout the day. But shuttle on weekdays only available 7:00am - 11:00am. Overall great experience and would stay again. "

"About a 12-15min walk from Nagoya Station along the main road, as you walk to Nagoya Station - there are places to eat and shop at. The breakfast buffet is very nice with all the options. A lot of the guests seem to be businessmen so the buffet might be crowded on certain days. "

"Staff are friendly and nice when greeting us at arrival. A senior male staff speak good English. Hotel supplied us complementary bottle water to drink. The room and beds are comfortable. Dining room is nicely set up. Breakfast are good with lots of varieties. I would recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to friends and relatives."
