"I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at ibis Heathrow. The staff was welcoming and friendly, even offered me an early check in at no cost for registering in their membership, which was immensely helpful. The facilities are new and clean, rooms are smaller but efficient. The hotel bar and restaurant offers great selection of food and drinks, while I didn’t try food at the restaurant, it was always packed in the evenings and the atmosphere was great. Overall very satisfied with my stay! "

"I was anxious travelling for the first time with two young children and lots of luggage, Sorrin at the front desk was just superb at taking care of us and putting us at ease, he helped us with the luggage to the room, and booked us a taxi to the airport the next day, he was so calm and collected and made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing."

"Pros: Clean room and good-sized beds. Breakfast is spot on with a good buffet selection. Very friendly staff. 15-minute taxi from LHR T4. 15-minute walk to the tube station. Cons: Room 153 is next to a fire door that slams when other guests are going to their rooms. 3 fire alarms during the night and early morning was a shock...but a good wake-up at 6:30 am."

"A fantastic base for a London weekend. The staff were all helpful, accommodating and very attentive. Lovely breakfast with lots of tasty freshly cooked foods, great choice and nice dining area. Comfy, very warm rooms with plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. Our only criticism is that after dropping an item that went under the bed we moved the bed to retrieve the item to find a lot of debris liked popped balloons and a few big balls of fluff. "A clean room and comfortable beds for reasonable fees in this beautiful and fascinating Victorian building. Breakfast in their restaurant was hearty and delicious and totally worth it. Location is close to Tube and buses, easy walks. All staff was friendly and helpful. That said the doors are all very substantial and you hear people opening and closing doors at all hours. Overall A- and I would definitely stay here again."

"A lovely hotel, clean and everything is in great condition. What really made it great was the staff. We had a lovely cheery check in experience, the staff were so helpful with our journey to Wembley, and wished us a lovely evening. The bed was really comfy.
