"My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. "This is a cozy one bedroom unit right off the Main Street in Clearlake. If you want very simple then this is the place. Price is very reasonable and it’s comfortable. My only issue was how the cleaning crew missed a few things that were obvious. Nothing major but I have been around janitorial businesses for years so I may be a little biased."
