"Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend."

"We ended up with an 80 Euro parking fine because the staff didn't have enough sense to tell us how the parking lot in back of the hotel worked (what the rules were). For the sake of having parked 12 minutes "early" before 6 PM on Friday night, we ended up with an 80 Euro fine even though we moved our car by 9 AM and leave on Saturday, as we were instructed to do. Hotels should either provide guest parking, or else clearly instruct guests as to the necessary procedures."

The location is good, close to free parking and easy to walk to restaurants and bars in town. We booked an economy room, which was indeed basic, but it was a very reasonable price so I am fine with that. The shower was hot and had very good water pressure. "

"I didn’t like that breakfast was at 9. A lot of the people were peregrinos and we’re leaving early in the morning. You need to walk down to a cafeteria to eat, no restaurant at the hotel. Otherwise I was very comfortable and the view was nice. "
