Good welcome on arrival just gone 3pm but we’re dismayed to find out the hotel no longer served dinner on Sundays and we were too late to eat at lunch service which finished at 4pm despite notices in hotel saying restaurant would be open until 6pm. Staff did help us order pizza which we collected and ate on covered patio outside. Unusually for 4 star hotel PowerPoints were lacking making phone charging challenging. Breakfast was basic and all cold as restaurant also shut on Mondays and Tuesdays. News of the seasonal change could have been advised in advance. Lovely rooms, comfy beds & great views. Bar closed and gym closed to allow for more spa treatments. Overall we were underwhelmed and would say hotel needs cash injection to keep its rating.

Regular. El desayuno Bufette súper mal. No desayunamos ahí. Decepcionante que un hotel así no tenga calidad en sus alimentos. El Sevicio en la cena pésimo. Increíble que en un spa te pidan ponerte gorro para la alberca y el jacuzzi. En mi vida había visto algo igual y ademas que te cobren por usar el jacuzzi y la alberca No recomiendo el hotel.

El hotel está bien ubicado y el servicio de restaurante y su personal, ambos, muy buenos. Sin embargo, el alojamiento cuesta más de lo que vale. Nuestra habitación no tenía presión en la ducha y el lavabo parecía estar atascado. Con la habitación ya no se incluye acceso a la piscina ni desayuno, por lo que deja de ser una opción de alojamiento competitiva al precio que ha estado este verano.

Está precioso el entorno y el hotel bonito, aunque por el precio esperábamos más. Les sugiero modificar los platos de ducha; son extremadamente resbaladizos y si te descuidas, te puedes caer. También poner más enchufes, ya que solo había 1 en la habitación.

El hotel está muy bien. Nuevo y muy limpio . Recomiendo no coger las habitaciones abuhardillada, son bonitas pero más pequeñas. El desayuno es bueno pero sugeriría que se pudieran comer huevos a la carta . Poder pedir tortilla o huevos fritos . Me di varios masajes y me gustó pero deberían poner las cabinas en una zona que no haya ruido . Son caros y requieren disfrutar del silencio y no oír gritos de niños y coches así como la gente del spa gritando .

No tubieron la habitación preparada hasta pasadas las 17h ( en la reserva ponía que a las 15h estaría) y por que llamamos para saber cómo estaba, por que ni tan siquiera nos llamaron, tal como se habian comprometido, psra decirnos que ya podíamos entrar. Pedimos ir al SPA y nos quisieron cobrar el precio de no clientes cuando claramente estábamos hospedados en el hotel. Pagamos el desayuno, yo soy celíaca, lo dijimos al hacer la entrada, antes de ir a dormir y por la mañana no lo sabían. No tenían más que una madalena, y trozo de un brownie ( era 1 brownie individual y lo habían cortado en 3 trozos , y solo quedaba 1) no reponian, el resto era para todos por lo que había contaminación y no podía comer. El servicio, súper correcto, iba tan desbordado que no puedo más que, cuando lo pedí, prepararme un panecillo, que no estaba previsto (haciéndome un favor) y por 15€ La verdad decepcionados A destacar: el restaurante ( que no es del hotel) muy bien, parquing gratis, mucha tranquilidad y entorno natural precioso

Bel hôtel sur un très beau site au calme, belles infrastructures,belle terrasse restaurant par contre pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer 16€ par personne pour 1 heure seulement et bonnet de bain obligatoire à 3€ + 1€ pour les chaussures c'est mesquin, cela devrait faire partie intégrante du statut de l hôtel vu le prix des chambres. La chambre que nous avons occupée était sombre , lavabo bouché,lampe grillée durant tout le séjour, ménage manquant de rigueur, loin des standards d un 4 étoiles, déception, très mauvais rapport qualité prix

Buen hotel, pero demasiado caro

Es un buen hotel, pero totalmente funcional. Las habitaciones son sencillas, sin ningún detalle que les dé encanto o personalidad. No hay nada en ellas que haga que las recuerdes unos días más tarde. Estábamos en la segunda planta y tanto la habitación como el baño eran abuhardillados. Como el baño no tiene ventana, el hecho de que sea abuhardillado resulta un poco agobiante. Mi sensación es que el precio está bastante inflado, al igual que el desayuno, a 13 euros por persona y día. Es un buen desayuno, pero nada que justifique ese precio tan elevado. En definitiva, un hotel muy correcto en todo: instalaciones, limpieza y servicio, pero excesivamente caro.

El hotel está muy limpio y nuevo. Es muy agradable y tranquilo. Parking gratuito. Las vistas son maravillosas. La terraza y el bar están muy bien. El desayuno bueno aunque poco variado.

Het restaurant was een ramp. Het avondeten heb ik teruggeven omdat vis niet genoeg gekookt was, maar daarna nog steeds niet goed. Het ontbijt ook een ramp. Alles wat warm moest zijn was koud (ei en bacon) en alles wat koud (yoghurt) was warm. Brood was keihard omdat het reeds een tijdje in mandje lag te wachten. Wij waren 3 dagen in hotel. 2 dagen was zwemblad gesloten en 1 dag was het "volzet". Ik heb nooit iemand zien zwemmen. 4 sterren qua kamer waardig. Maar compleet onwaardig aan eten.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. My ancestors are from the town of Ribadesella, we asked if she knew where we should go to gather more info. She stated that her husband worked for the city and she would call him right then to see who we needed to speak to. She went above and beyond. Also, cattle is as close as 10 feet from your room at times amazing views.

Very comfortable bed and a quiet location

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and arrived too late to get to enjoy/try any of the spa facilities. Unless you can get there early-ish, a one-night stay isn't really worth it. We were very impressed with Ribadesella (the nearest town); a pretty place.
