"The parking lot was huge, so many food options (the hotel is located in the same area as a highway rest-stop so there were lots of places to eat), and such a quiet and beautiful room. The plus for us was the electric car charging station directly outside the hotel. Our rental car ended up being electric (which was very inconvenient for most of the trip) but when we arrived here we were thrilled that we could park, plug in, and get into our rooms and rest for a bit while the car charged."

"It was a lovely , modern hotel and the location is perfect, right at the centre of everything. Hotel is quite new and room is clean and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and for me what hit the spot is that they provide tea pot with hot boiling water so tea can be proper tea- not semi hot like all other hotels. Bakeries is freshly baked and even when we have breakfast at 9.30-10am it was still warm and lovely. Coffee machine with expresso options. We would definitely stay here...

"Arrived late so can’t really give a fair review however, the room was nice and comfortable (quirky with a mezzanine balcony and the bedroom and bathroom on the upper split level). Only criticism would be there was only one remote for the tv and when I was up it was down and vice versa, also the taxi cab driver complained he had no where to wait for me in the AM and was extremely rude. Other than that it appeared to be a really nice hotel. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The roon was very spacious. The bathroom was big n spacious. The shower head could do with a change The WiFi wasn't very good though the signal was very bad in yhe bedroom. The staff was very nice n helpful. I would definitely would like to go back there. "On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. The receptionist, went above and beyond. She stayed with me on the phone (hands free kit) and guided me to the car park, and was so helpful and reassuring. "Sturdy room and bed. Clean conditions. Good water supply in shower. No problems at check-in. Wifi was not free. A popup window asked for debit/credit card payment details. I'd rather walk to McDonald's and use free wifi there (without risking my card security). Please install electrical power sockets on the wall beside the bed. It was difficult to operate an alarm clock and phone on the bedside table (needing a long extension cord across the room). "
