The area is a surfers’ paradise surrounded by stunning beaches of Arrifana, Monte Clérigo and Carrapateira, which are 5-10 min drive away. If you choose it as your starting point for exploring Western Algarve, you have the best geographical conditions for a first-class surfing experience. Over 30 surf spots on the south and west coast can be reached within 30 minutes.

The villa is quiet, private and spacious.
Upper floor: Living room/Diner (47.5 m2), Kitchen (9.8 m2), Master bedroom, two more bedrooms. Lower floor: second sitting area with rear door to the pool and another bedroom.
The villa is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood with an international expat community. It has beautiful views overlooking the valley to the rear of the property.
We offer private swimming pool, BBQ, garden dining furniture, sunbeds and large sun umbrellas.
In winter you can enjoy our wood-burning fireplace in the living room in addition to the central heating on both floors.

Upper floor: Master bedroom - double bedroom with ensuite, bedroom 2 - double, bedroom 3 - twin.
Lower floor: A further twin bedroom with double doors to the pool area.
Bathrooms:
Ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom comprises a screened bath with shower over, handbasin, bidet and W.C. The measured area is 5.78m2. Additional two bathrooms with showers are located on the upper and lower floors.
All are with high quality finishes.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is situated to the rear and right of the property overlooking the valley. The kitchen appliances include a range-style cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen area measures approx. 9.8 m2. All kitchenware provided.
Living room:
The light and airy double aspect lounge and dining area measuring approx. 47.5 m2. The lounge has a wood burning fireplace and the area has double doors which lead to the outside upper balcony to the rear, overlooking the pool area.

Washing machine and ironing board are available in a separate utility room.

Faro airport is a 1.5hr drive away.
Lisbon is 3hr drive. Both are excellent new motorways.
