"The hotel is beautiful! It has a decent size but feels like we are in a boutique hotel. Never crowded or noisy. Service was excellent. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient. There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town. The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold. The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere. Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day. Breakfast was varied and delicious! Drinks are expensive. Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended! "

"The experience was amazing. Maria received us with a drink and upgraded our room. The room was big with a comfortable bed, good pillows and lots of space. The staff at the reception was unbelievable, very helpful and cordial. they even packed us breakfast the last day when we were leaving early. Parking was not an issue as the hotel staff took care of it. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of choices, from fruits to cakes, included hot meals (we had to skip lunch after that) I highly recommend staying here."

"Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner. We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside."

"Overall amazing experience. Very clean, food was varied and tasty. Only downside is the beach was close, but there is no sunbeds for free. You need to pay to rent the sunbeds, as they are owned by another hotel. Service in the hotel was very good and prompt, they were very helpful throughout our stay. Definetely worth it if you just want a couple days of relax and enjoying inside. "
