"Beautiful clean home!"

"I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may be several more days and without an so much as an apology but "anything else" Never have I ever been treated so rudely over a mistake the HOTEL MADE and did little to assure it was corrected nor did they apologize. They were a few very nice front desk attendants that did try to help but couldn't then the other half was not so kind and acted like I did something wrong."

"What a beautiful and well maintained home! We really enjoyed our weekend here and the garden was such a treat! Everything was beautiful and clean with all the necessities available. Location is great, we were only there for one full day so we didn’t rent a golf cart and honestly did not need it as everything was easy to walk to. Great place to stay and would highly recommend! The historic cemetery across the street is a great place to explore too!"

"Absolutely incredible. Pictures don’t do it justice. Just a few feet away from the ocean, restaurants, a beer garden, and really cool downtown areas. Would be perfect for a family or just friends catching up. Will be back very soon. My only hesitation in reviewing is that I want this place to remain under the radar! 10/10 stay. Well done! "
