"We stayed at Four Seasons for 12 nights and it was genuinely the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. We were treated like family rather than guests, and felt emotional leaving. Horyophy was incredibly warm and welcoming — the most radiant person in the hotel and someone we will always associate with Four Seasons. Esham, Baby, and Chandan anticipated every need without us ever having to ask. Head Chef Abishek and Biru happily prepared anything we requested, always with a smile. The guest-experience team and front-of-house attention to detail made everything seamless. An unforgettable stay — not just a hotel, but a real experience."

"Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms don't have closet space so no matter how many number of nights you are staying with them, you have to live out of your suitcase, which is not my style - and for those who don't care about this - I would highly recommend this hotel. "
