"Very good business hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms with fantastic view over the bay of Algiers. Diversified breakfast buffet with many options and good quality of food. Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!"

"The staff are very friendly, the room is large and spacious and the mini-balconies are a nice touch. Everything is clean, the restaurant serves tasty food, and if you’re facing west, you get a great view. 12 minute walk from the metro which gives easy access to the Casbah. Overall, would stay here again. "

"I always go to Sheraton des pins when i come to Algiers, food is nice, hygiene level is high, staff are friendly.Internal swimming pool is amazing and sea beach is wide and big, clean and very satisfying. Rooms are big, clean, quiet and desk area is big to have work done."

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
