Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. "This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. "Das Hotel liegt super direkt in der Stadt. Wer ein Mietauto hat muss auf dem Parkplatz ein wenig ausserhalb Parkieren. Wir hatten eigentlich das Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht gehabt. Das war dann leider nicht möglich und wurde uns kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Nicht desto trotz, das Hotel und die Mitarbeiter sind top. "

"Property itself was good. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the parking situation and the underground parking is terrible ( my opinion), very steep and narrow. Very dark, there were absolutely no lights underground. I’m a female who travelled solo, so this is very important to me. Otherwise it’s a great location. "
