Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "This was a super unique stay and was really pleased with the easy safe parking and the supplied toilet and kitchen block for the property. Could use some labels on the plug sockets but that could just be my OCD ways. Really unique and fairly priced stay, im sure we will be back again maybe to try another part of the site.
