Stayed two days, Everything was great. Much better than in a previous trip. Lucrezia, the Italian lady in reception is a Star. Unusual to have someone so knowledgeable, well spoken, and cultured at Check in. She should run public relations for the Hotel. Ricardo

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
