"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. "Premium Kamer is echt netjes en mooi. Echter het hotel zegt op hun eigen site dat alle kamers zicht hebben op het meer. Zicht op is een breed begrip. Wel zicht op een bouwplaats aangezien de wellness nog niet klaar is. Restaurant is prima beetje aan de prijs maar goed waar is dat niet tegenwoordig."

"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel/spa in Luxembourg. There was an upscale restaurant for dinner, self-serve breakfast and a bar for after dinner drinks. Bedding was extremely comfortable, room had air conditioning, heated outdoor pool, and a nice outdoor patio area to have drinks/cocktails prior to dinner. Unfortunately, we did not have time to make use of the spa, but it looked very nice."

"We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. There was no tv, the wifi was not good and the parking is just general street parking ( which we had no problem finding parking). Overall, I would personally not stay at this hotel again. It is way too run down and old. However the place would be cute if some love and care was put back into it. "

"Oh no, please don't make me leave this hotel! We have stayed here for four nights and haved loved coming back here every evening. The decor is so classy, the beds are so comfortable and the layout is sleek and modern. There are plenty of restaurants near by and the breakfast is hearty and plentiful. We found luxury, comfort and convenience, all under one roof & even the parking was a breeze! "
